Lydia shares her Experience, Strength and Hope; shortly after becoming a mother her family had an intervention, though it didn't immediately provide closure to her drinking, it did shift something in Lydia. It provided her with enough perspective to seek and ask for help from the rooms of AA. After wondering into her first AA meeting, Lydia was immediately struck with a power greater than herself.
